Thai Airways Networking Lunch Event in Kolkata

SPT News, Kolkata, 15 December: Thai Airways networking lunch event was held today in Kolkata. Leading tour operators of Eastern India were present. Thai Airways was discussed in this day’s event. It thanked all trade partners for their support to Thai Airways.

Thai Airways has resumed Kolkata-Bangkok flight service from 15 October 2023, said Sajid Ahmed Khan, Passenger Sales, Kolkata, Thai Airways. The service has already received great response. Travel has picked up especially recently with Thailand offering visa free to Indians. As a result, the level of passenger carrying on the Kolkata-Bangkok route has increased. For this the leading tour operators of East India have played a major role. For this, they have been thanked today.

The event was held at Ban Thai restaurant at Oberoi Grand in Kolkata. Acting Consul General of Royal Thai Consulate General Kolkata Piyapon Atipatya was present as the chief guest. were Ms. Natpawee Rattanakat – Team Lead India, Thai Airways, Sajid Ahmad Khan – Passenger Sales Kolkata.

Also, the leading tour operators of East India had a significant presence in the meeting. Notable among them are Anil Punjabi, National Committee Member of Travel Agents Federation of India or TAFI, Manav Soni, Chairman of Travel Agents Association of India or TAAI  (East India) and President of Calcutta Chapter of SKAL.
