SPT News, Kolkata, 18 September: Rajasthan has started the race to take itself to the top spot on the tourism map. And the tourists of Bengal are fully supporting them in that work. Hinglaj Dan Ratnoo, Officer-in Charge of Rajasthan Tourism Development Corporation and Assistant Director of Rajasthan Information and Public Relations Department, told Sangbad Prabhakar Times. In an exclusive interview, he revealed that the number of bookings from Kolkata alone has steadily increased in the last eight months. As a result, the business has reached close to crores of rupees. If this pace continues, it is only a matter of time before the figure reaches two crores by the end of this year.

Hinglaj Dan Ratnoo, the office-in-charge of the Rajasthan government of Kolkata, for this, Ashok Gehlot, the Chief Minister of the Rajasthan Government, Tourism Minister Bishvender Singh, Dharmendra Singh Rathore, the Chairman of the Rajasthan Tourism Development Corporation, VP Singh, the Managing Director of the Rajasthan Tourism Development Corporation, the Executive Director, Ashok Yogi, the Executive Director (Finance) Hulas Ray Panwar brought up the name. He said – under the leadership of all of them, our goal is the development of Rajasthan tourism. This government of ours is committed to take Rajasthan Tourism Development Corporation to a stronger place. We are all working together continuously. Our aim is to set new standards in Rajasthan tourism.
Bookings are very good from January to August
“I am a tourist lover. I have always been working for Rajasthan tourism. The pace of work has increased a lot since Corona. Let us inform you that January to August 2022 is very well booked. Hopefully – the business has reached around one crore rupees. I also hope that by the end of this year this number will reach 2 crores. It is entirely from West Bengal only. But we know, there is still a lot of time left in the year. Christmas, New Year bookings left. So I hope this amount will increase a lot. ” said Ratnoo.
Palace on Wheels is going to launch soon
He also informed about how Hinglaj Dan Ratnoo, the officer-in-charge of Rajasthan Tourism Developement Corporation, is working day and night and trying to make Rajasthan tourism attractive to the people of Bengal. He said – “I want to tell you that in 2022, efforts are being made to make up the deficit of the last two years. That’s why our government and our officials have a lot of effort. I would like to specifically tell you that our Palace on Wheels which has been closed since Corona is going to reopen very soon. I think this is the result of the positive thinking of our government and government officials. As a representative of Rajasthan I work in this office in Kolkata from 10 AM to 9 PM. I don’t regret that much. I am proud that I am working for my state for Rajasthan. If the state is good, I will be good. This thought always motivates me.”
